The theme of the 71st Convention was "BE WOMEN WHO KAPPA." The 2016 Convention approved sweeping changes to the Fraternity Bylaws, changing the overall structure of the Fraternity for the first time in decades. This was also the 100th anniversary of the printing of the Convention newsletter, The Hoot.
