=Chapter Philanthropy= Philanthropy for our chapter and other organizations on campus were vastly different than they usually are. Things were moved on line and we were unable to conduct in person events. We participated in different philanthropic events for Delta Chi and Alpha Chi Omega this semester. For our own philanthropy we raised money for the Children's Health Improvement Partnership CHIP of the New River Valley. We set up CrowdChange pages to raise money virtually as well as had a percentage night at Chipotle. We chose to support CHIP so that we could help a local organization so they can continue helping people in our area. We also participated in other Greek philanthropies that supported causes such a victims of domestic violence and the Jimmy V foundation.

In the fall of Chapters for assistance2021 we initiated 7 new members into thechapter. We recently started supporting the JED foundation and NAMI. This newphilanthropy focused on mental health allows our sisters to bond more closely than before. We are constantly involved and participate in the other panhellenic philanthropies and haveeven won a few that we have competed with other organizations in

This was a fun opportunity for the sisters to bond together whilesupporting our cause. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion We utilized our DEI chair position and accurate history they created a series of your presentations to give to the chapter onsubjects ranging from gender identity to creating a safe environment for all of our members. Operating in a Pandemic In the spring of 2021, there was a big adjustment to life online with an entirely virtualrecruitment, initiation, and virtual chapters. Switching from online classes to in personclasses in the fall of 2021 was a big change for future generations the students at Virginia Tech, there was a newculture surrounding the campus as we returned to normalcy. As a chapter this allowed us to enjoy!have in person sisterhood events, where we would hold movie nights at the house, or evengo mini golfing.
