Highlights of 2011-2019
Epsilon Phi continued to be proud of the new member class which was initiated in October. Recruitment was newly tailored to meet the needs of chapter quota requirements and the chapter successfully met the University quota, becoming one of the largest Panhellenic chapters on the University of Florida'a campus.

It came to the chapter’s attention in the Fall of 2011, that Epsilon Phi had fallen below the standards of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity. Epsilon Phi recognized that the chapter had not been holding themselves and their principles to the highee and alumnae by following all of the Fraternity bylaws and standing rules, and to improve the morale within Epsilon Phi to become more willing and positive to improve and maintain the chapter overall.

In the fall of 2011the chapter elected new council members who considerably reevaluated the chapter’s system of unity and increased the morale of the chapter. Epsilon Phi was then on it's way to becoming and maintaining a chapter of positive, ethical principles of its members who would always be womanly and true. Most importantly, the chapter had enhanced the bonds of sisterhood by understanding that in union there is strength.
The fruits of the goal of increasing campus involvement were clearly seen in 2011. Epsilon Phi participated in numerous campus-wide and Greek philanthropies. In addition to extracurricular accomplishments, Epsilon Phi earned a 3.3 grade point average for spring 2011.
