Highlights of 2019
The chapter’s overall nature is pleasant and genuine. Our members frequently support one another and work together to achieve goals as a group.

The chapter celebrated Founders Day together with the celebration of the Initiation of New Member class ‘19. Active members and alumnae gathered for a two-hour brunch filled with socialization and appreciation of KKG. We celebrated with the Founders Day Ceremony and raised awareness of the upcoming sesquicentennial celebration. We have begun to celebrate Kappa’s 150 anniversary by announcing weekly a different member of Kappa over the years who has made an impact in her life. Our plans for the 2020 celebration will be thought of more in depth by the new Chapter Council.

• Chapter Council meetings at 5pm on Sundays
The Panhellenic community once again considered adding a 14th sorority on campus. While Kappa voted for the change, it did not pass the 2/3 vote from other sororities.
